Use the ultrasound referral for general, obstetric, musculoskeletal and vascular ultrasound, or the DEXA referral for bone density and body composition scanning in Wanaka.

Patients can attach a referral when enquiring.
The booking enquiry form includes an attachment field for patients who already have a referral form. Ultrasound patients must have a referral from a health professional.
